Avocent (NASDAQ: AVCT). Mark's company were
previously financed by AIG, Hong Hai, Storm &
DragonVenture. Mark was formerly with Intel's Venture
Capital division. He is an alumni of MIT.

Vactor Lee, CPA, CFP, and Author of "Real Estate
Financial Products: Theory & Practice. 2nd Edition"

Vactor is also the CEO of Formosa Property Appraisal
Consulting Corp. He is an authority on the subject of REIT
& Banking Reform and have instructed in numerous top
ranked national university.
